The silk doublet is reversible and varies in color from scarlet to light pink to white. The original doublet worn by the noble was probably dark crimson originally. A white cambric chemisette made from an antique napkin inscribed with the name ‘Clefe Chase’ unless you see something different. Silk drawstring tape measuring 32” in length is drawn through at the neck and waist to tie at the sides. Hand stitched for the fall collection.
